About Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness

Founded in 2018, Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness was built on a simple belief: patients, team members, and community should be at the center of every decision.

Today, Stride has grown into one of Central Alberta's leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Our Red Deer clinic is home to physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, manual osteopaths, dietitians, and counsellors who work together to provide comprehensive, collaborative care. We collaborate closely with our sister clinic in Blackfalds who also has a chiropractor part of their team.

We believe exceptional patient outcomes come from clinicians who feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. That's why we invest heavily in mentorship, team learning, and creating an environment where clinicians can build a practice they're proud of.
